  • How do I use PAWS Pet Urine and Stain Remover?
    You will need to remove the bioload (poop, vomit) first. Set the sprayer to stream and spray the affected area and stain. Let it work for a few minutes and lightly blot up the area. If it is a heavy stain, you may need to use light agitation with a brush or cloth. If it’s just urine, spray the area, let set for 2 minutes, and blot it up. For heavy or dried-on stains, you may have to repeat.
  • Where can I use PAWS Pet Urine and Stain Remover?
    PAWS can be used on most surfaces, including your carpets, fabrics, plastic, tile, and cement. It’s always good to check for color safety first. We use it on our carpets and furniture – everywhere Fido goes, which seems to be everywhere!
  • Will PAWS help with odors?
    PAWS loves odors. It will destroy all malodors, every time. If the litter box is a bit nasty, spray it and the air. You’ll be surprised by the results!
  • Is PAWS safe for my family and pets?
    Yes, PAWS uses hydrogen peroxide, which is water and oxygen. Even your body releases small amounts of hydrogen peroxide. It’s so safe, it doesn’t require warning labels.
  • Is PAWS safe for the environment?
    We got it covered. PAWS is completely bio-degradable and safe for the environment.
  • What odors can I use it on?
    Any organic malodor, except your ex. Urine, vomit, poop smell, and more — it works.
  • Can I spray PAWS directly on my pet?
    We don’t recommend that. It is pH-neutral and safe for skin, but if your dog smells, it’s best to give it a bath.
  • Can I use PAWS outside?
    Yes, we have customers who use it on artificial turf to eliminate the urine buildup and smell. We also have a customer who sprays it on the grass after her dogs pee.
  • What if I have a stubborn stain?
    Dried-on cat puke is tough, nothing is worse than old dried cat yak. But it’s not as tough as PAWS. Spray PAWS heavily on the stain, let it soak for 10 minutes, lightly scrub with a brush or cloth, and pat it dry.
  • Can I use it in the laundry?
    Yes, we use it on the pee pads when our pets have accidents. Just add 3/ounces with your regular detergent.
  • Is PAWS made in the USA?
    Yes, it is. We are a veteran-owned company that believes in supporting the home team.
  • What if I’m not satisfied?

    Send us an email and we will refund your money. We believe in PAWS and use it all the time. It works hard, so you don’t have to.

  • Does PAWS help pet charities?
    Yes, all 5 of our fur babies are rescues. We contribute a portion of all PAWS revenue to non-kill shelters. It matters to us.
